Shipping & Return Policy

OUR RETURN POLICY.

Our simple return policy means that you can shop with peace of mind at Orvi Homes.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods within 10 days of receipt of the goods and we will be happy to offer you a replacement or a refund, excluding the initial shipping and handling charges of delivery. Please ensure that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original inner and outer packaging, including tags.

The return policy is not applicable for made-to-order / bespoke or any customized products which are non-returnable.

HOW DO I RETURN GOODS?

If you are a registered user you can raise return request from our website through “My orders” section. Once logged in, please select the item(s) you would like to return and a share the reason for return and submit the request.

For all guest users, you are requested to write to us at care@orvi.com and one of our customer service representatives will respond to your request within 2 working days. You may also call us at +44-7886090176 (Mon – Sat: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM GMT).

Pack your return items carefully to prevent damage in transit.

Given the nature of our products, please note that every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED?

Yes, you have the right to cancel your order. To initiate a cancellation, please call us at +44-7886090176 or email us at care@orvi.com. All registered users can login to their accounts and initiate the cancellation by themselves.

 In case of cancellation before shipment, we will aim to process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.

How will the goods be returned if they are in transit and when would the refund be processed? In international shipment, the courier companies refuse to bring back the goods so how would that be treated?

HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE?

Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receipt of the item. (written 2 days above!) You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed. Depending on the terms set by your bank, this should show in your account within 5–10 working days.

WHAT HAPPENS WITH FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS?

In a rare occurrence, if your order arrives in a faulty or damaged condition (including bespoke orders), please contact us within 24 hours by email or phone and one of our customer support representatives will help you.

We will ask you to email us photographs of the damage, including the packaging to care@orvi.com.

Orvi Homes is happy to arrange the collection of any damaged or faulty goods. Once we have received the returned item, it will be inspected and a replacement/fresh piece will be shipped to you with in 2-3 working days. Note: The replacements are subject to stock availability.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME:

Domestic: Delivered within 3-4 working days..

International: Delivered within 7-10 working days.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES OR FEES:

India: Listed prices are final and include all taxes and shipping.

International: The buyer is the importer of product in their own country and must therefore comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees charged by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the buyers country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the buyer; Orvi Homes has no control over these charges, nor can Orvi Homes predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we request you to contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
